Can I begin at no cost? What options do you offer?

You can select the PRO (monthly) plan or the Premium (yearly) plan. There's also a Free plan with limited features for all users.

How many credits do I get?

All active users receive a monthly credit allowance. Non-PRO users get 50 credits per month and PRO users get 1,000 credits per month. Your credits refresh automatically at the start of each billing cycle.

How can I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription anytime through app.vidyback.com under Account → Settings → Subscription → Manage Subscription. Once cancelled, your account will be downgraded to the Free plan and you'll no longer have access to paid features.

What is VidyBack's refund policy?

VidyBack offers a full refund within 15 days of your payment. To request a refund, contact us at support@vidyback.com or through the VidyBack app. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
