Can I begin at no cost? What options do you offer?

Yes. The Free plan is free forever, with no credit card required. When you're ready for more, both the Pro (monthly) and Yearly plans include a 7-day free trial.

How many products can I choose?

Free plan users can select up to 3 products to generate content from. Pro and Yearly plan users can select up to 5 products. You can change your selection at any time.

How can I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription anytime through app.vidyback.com under Account → Settings → Subscription → Manage Subscription. Once cancelled, your account will be downgraded to the Free plan and you'll no longer have access to paid features.

What is VidyBack's refund policy?

VidyBack offers a full refund within 15 days of your payment. To request a refund, contact us at support@vidyback.com or through the VidyBack app. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
